About the authors, Dustin Hillis and Steve Reiner...

Dustin Hillis’s career began while he was a student at the University of Tennessee – Knoxville. As cofounder of Southwestern Consulting, Hillis oversaw 200+ team members in locations including Estonia, the United Kingdom, Lithuania, Brazil, Canada, and all over the United States. The Southwestern Coaching business has a five-year compounded growth of 61 percent. Hillis holds a degree in psychology and is a premier sales and leadership behavioral specialist. He is the author of the book Navigate, creator of the audio training series “How to Navigate a Referral System,” and coauthor of the book Speaking of Success (with Stephen Covey, Ken Blanchard, and Jack Canfield). Additionally, his insights on selling have been featured on some of the biggest podcasts in the world and in media outlets like Entrepreneur magazine and the Dave Ramsey Show.

Steve Reiner is a peak performance executive business and life coach as well as partner of the sales performance company Southwestern Consulting. Investing the last 30 years as a sales leader, he has consistently led by example, producing in the top 1 percent of salespeople. Reiner has recruited, trained, and managed more than 400 salespeople who have finished in the top 3 percent. His ability to equip people to be fearless, achieving breakthrough success in business and life, has been honed in more than 8,000 one-on-one sales and leadership consulting calls.
